How it works ?

The plaque uses a QR code and embedded NFC technology to direct customers to a page where they can leave a review about their experience with your business. Customers simply scan the QR code with their smartphone or use the NFC function by holding their phone close to the plate.

How do we program your plate?

To program your plate, simply leave us a link easily available from your Google establishment profile .

A tutorial is available, click on “Guide” .

Then, we will program your plate for you with the link you sent us when ordering.

Be careful to provide it to us, otherwise your plate will not be usable...

Is it mandatory to have a Google business listing to get my link?

Yes, you will need to obtain a Google business listing.

Without this, we will not be able to access your Google reviews. You will not appear on Google maps either.

In principle, you are required to have a Google account to write reviews.

How does the “NFC” system work?

NFC (Near Field Communication) technology is the same technology that your phone uses for “contactless payment”.

A link is sent to you directly to the phone and no data is saved from your device.
